Dentures and Partials
Missing teeth can create a host of aesthetic and functional problems including sagging facial muscles, inability to eat certain foods and speak. Dentures may be your best solution if you've lost all your natural teeth due to periodontal disease, tooth decay or injury. Partials are used when some teeth are missing but some strong natural teeth still remain.
Fitting a patient for dentures or partials does not have to be a traumatic experience. Depending on the circumstances treatment varies, we will be happy to go over your custom treatment with you.
Some examples are:
- Immediate Dentures
- Teeth are removed and a denture is placed in so that you do not have to leave our office or go without teeth.
- Replacing Old Dentures
- We take new impressions and you can keep your denture until the new one comes in, we do not have to send it to the lab.
- Partials
- Partials are mostly done in atleast three appointments in order to recieve the best quality
- First impressions are made, next a wax try in is used to make sure you like the way it fits and the apperance and last, your new partial is seated and you can take it home.
